2026年8月25日（火）、文京区本郷の赤門オフィスにて第10回AKAMONセミナーを開催しました。

今回のゲストは、東大アメフト部主将を経てBCGに入社し、現在は株式会社アクアで軽井沢の宿泊施設の経営改善や、AI実装を手掛けられている神田淳希様です。

セミナーでは、キャリア選択や経営のリアルな視点をお話しいただきました。「将来やりたいことができた時に実現できる実力」を培うためにコンサル業界へ飛び込んだエピソードは、学生に大きなヒントを与えました。

また、意思決定の軸として「誰と働くか」を重視してきたことや、
経営には戦略だけでなく、「組織を動かす力」が不可欠であると語られました。

AI時代に現場で求められる力については、まずは「気合」で圧倒的なハードワークをし、基礎を磨き込む期間を最速で抜け出すこと、
その上で自らの選択を全力でやり切る「覚悟」が重要であることをメッセージとしてお伝えいただきました。

講義後の質疑応答にも丁寧に対応していただき、大変有意義な時間となりました。

On Tuesday, August 25, 2026, we hosted the 10th AKAMON Seminar at the Akamon Office in Hongo, Bunkyo City.

Our guest was Mr. Junki Kanda, a University of Tokyo and BCG alumnus currently working at Aqua Co., Ltd., where he manages accommodation turnarounds in Karuizawa and AI implementation.

During the lecture, Mr. Kanda shared realistic perspectives on careers and business. He explained his early decision to join the consulting industry to cultivate "skills to realize future goals," which deeply inspired job-hunting students.

He also emphasized prioritizing "trustworthy colleagues" and "themes of interest" for career changes, noting that "fundraising" and "mobilizing organizations" are just as critical as business strategy.

Regarding growth in the AI era, he passionately stressed the importance of massive "input volume (hard work)" to sprint through foundational phases, and the "resolve" to fully commit to one's choices.

We deeply appreciate Mr. Kanda for graciously answering students' questions even after the lecture.
