2026年8月14日(金)、文京区本郷某所の赤門オフィスにて、第9回目となるAKAMONセミナーを約4ヶ月ぶりに開催しました。
今回ゲストにお迎えしたのは、中小企業の価値向上を目的としたAIコンサル、M&A事業を手掛ける企業革新機構社の代表 野金様です。
野金様は東京大学を卒業後に新卒で日本M＆Aセンターにご就職。50件以上のM&A支援や投資ファンドでの勤務経験の後に、30歳のタイミングで起業されています。
講義の中で、野金様からは起業家としてのリアルな視点をお話しいただきました。
起業は目的ではなく、自分のやりたいことを達成するための手段であり、どういう人生を歩みたいのかという自己理解を突き詰めることが学生にとっては重要であるという話は特に印象的でした。
そして、AI時代のキャリアの考え方として「スマイルカーブ」の端を目指すべきという視点も非常に参考になりました。
AIが定型業務を代替していく中で、価値は「知的・創造的な領域」と「現場・フィジカルな領域」の両端に集中していく、という視点です。
いわゆる高学歴層のホワイトカラー人材が目指すべきは、経営者、起業家、どんな形であれ組織のリーダーであるということで、
学生のうちからリーダーシップを発揮する経験を積むことの重要性について、熱く語ってくださりました。
講義の終了後も、学生達からの追加の質疑応答に丁寧に対応していただきました。

On Friday, August 14, 2026, we held the 9th AKAMON Seminar at the Akamon Office in Hongo, Bunkyo Ward—our first event in about four months.
Our guest speaker was Mr. Nogane, CEO of Corporate Innovation Organization, a firm specializing in AI consulting and M&A services for small and medium-sized enterprises. After graduating from the University of Tokyo, he joined the Japan M&A Center as a new graduate, supported over 50 M&A deals, worked at an investment fund, and founded his own company at the age of 30.
Mr. Nogane shared his realistic perspective as an entrepreneur. I was struck by his point that starting a business is not an end in itself, but a means to achieve what one truly wants to do, and that students should deeply reflect on what kind of life they truly wish to lead now.
His view on career planning in the AI era—aiming for the "edges" of the "smile curve"—was also insightful: as AI replaces routine tasks, value will concentrate in the "intellectual and creative domains" and the "on-site and physical domains" of work.
He emphasized that highly educated white-collar professionals should aim to become executives, entrepreneurs, or leaders in any capacity, and stressed the importance of gaining leadership experience while still in college.
After the lecture, he kindly took time to answer additional questions from the students.
