2026年8月5日（水）、赤門オフィスにて学生向けセミナー「AKAMON早明戦」を開催しました！

今回のテーマは「トップリーダーへの軌跡」。早稲田大学出身のアドバイザー・田面木さんと、明治大学出身のCOO・佐々木さんによる“早明対談“の形式でお届けしました。それぞれの母校の熱気そのままに、これまでのキャリアやリーダーシップの極意について熱く語り合っていただき、参加した学生にとって大きな刺激となる時間になりました。

田面木さんからはハードシングス（困難な局面）を乗り越えることの重要性、佐々木さんからは計画的偶発性についての話がありました。いずれも経験に裏打ちされた具体的な言葉で、聞き手の心に強く残るものでした。

特に印象的だったのは、自分の強みや特徴を見つめ直したうえで、社会や組織に貢献できる場所を探すという視点です。そして、その挑戦に正解はないと知りながらも、どう進んでいくかを前向きに考える姿勢に感銘を受けました。

その後の懇親会でも会話は尽きず、大変盛り上がりました。学生の皆さんの熱量も、一段と高まったのではないかと思います。

On Wednesday, August 5, 2026, we held a seminar for students, "AKAMON Waseda–Meiji Match," at the AKAMON Office!

The theme this time was "The Path to Becoming a Top Leader." We delivered it in the form of a "Waseda–Meiji dialogue" between Mr. Tamonoki, an advisor and a Waseda University alumnus, and Mr. Sasaki, our COO and a Meiji University alumnus. Carrying all the fervor of their respective alma maters, they spoke passionately with one another about their careers so far and the essence of leadership, making it a time of great inspiration for the students who attended.

Mr. Tamonoki spoke about the importance of overcoming hard things (difficult situations), and Mr. Sasaki spoke about planned happenstance. Both were concrete words backed by their own experience, and they left a strong impression on those listening.

What was especially striking was the perspective of taking a fresh look at your own strengths and distinctive qualities, and then searching for a place where you can contribute to society and to an organization. And I was moved by their attitude of thinking positively about how to move forward, even while knowing that there is no single right answer to that challenge.

At the reception afterward, the conversation never ran out and things were very lively. I think the students' own enthusiasm rose another notch as well.
