第1回「赤門ディスカッション」を開催いたしました。

赤門ディスカッションとは、これまで赤門のセミナーなどに参加してくださった学生や、
赤門で働くアルバイトの方々に集まっていただき、
「赤門とは何か？」についてカジュアルな雰囲気で話し合う機会です。

今回が初めての開催ということもあり、まずは自己紹介からのスタートでしたが、
食事を交えながらざっくばらんに話すうちに段々と打ち解けていき、
赤門で何をすれば良いのか、少しずつですが方向性が見えて来ました。

ホワイトボードにも想像以上の書き込みがうまれ、
赤門メンバーにとっても新しい学びをたくさん得ることができました！

次回、第2回のディスカッションに向けて、
学生と赤門メンバーのそれぞれでやりたいことを企画して持ち寄ることになりました。

We held the 1st "Akamon Discussion."

The Akamon Discussion is an opportunity for students who have attended Akamon seminars and other events, as well as part-time staff working at Akamon, to gather together and talk casually about "What is Akamon?"

As this was our very first session, we started off with introductions, but as we shared a meal and talked freely, everyone gradually opened up,
and little by little, a sense of direction began to emerge around what we should be doing at Akamon.

The whiteboard filled up with far more writing than we had expected,
and the Akamon members themselves came away with a wealth of new insights!

Looking ahead to the 2nd Discussion,
it was decided that both the students and the Akamon members would each come up with ideas and plans for what they'd like to do, and bring them to the next session.
