2026年2月16日、東京都文京区本郷に構える赤門オフィスにて、某大手ディベロッパーの先輩をお招きし、6回目となるトークイベントを開催しました。

今回のテーマは、「”街づくりの最前線”に立つということ」。

幅広いご経歴を持たれており、大規模な開発プロジェクトに入社してすぐに配属された後、コーポレートにて専門的なお仕事も担当されるなど、学生たちからの興味を引き立てる内容でした。

さらにその傍らで、現役のスポーツ選手として活動を続けつつ、ご家庭では父親も務めるなど、非常にアクティブな人生を歩まれています。

そんな先輩のプレゼンテーションには人生観が色濃く浮かび上がり、
そのため、学生からの質問も単なる業務内容にとどまらず、「意見を上申する機会はあるのか」「どのように人生で時間を使われているのか」といった、本質を問う熱いディスカッションへと発展。

終了時刻を過ぎても個々でのやりとりは続くなど、赤門をきっかけとした関係性が生まれつつあることを実感いたしました。

トップ企業に対する高い関心と、そこで働く個人の人生観への共鳴。赤門が目指す「本気の人材育成」とや「出会いの場」が、また一つここに体現されました。

On February 16, 2026, we held our 6th talk event at the Akamon Office located in Hongo, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, welcoming a senior professional from a major developer.

The theme of this session was: "What it means to stand at the forefront of city-making."

With a wide-ranging career background — including being assigned to large-scale development projects right after joining the company, as well as taking on specialized work in corporate functions — the speaker's story was one that sparked great interest among the students.

On top of that, he continues to be an active athlete while also fulfilling his role as a father at home, leading an incredibly active life.

His presentation was deeply imbued with his personal philosophy on life, and as a result, the questions from students went far beyond simply asking about job duties — evolving into passionate discussions that got to the heart of things, such as: "Are there opportunities to voice your opinions upward?" and "How do you allocate your time in life?"
Even after the scheduled end time, individual conversations continued, and we could truly feel that new relationships rooted in Akamon are beginning to take shape.

A strong interest in top-tier companies, and a resonance with the life philosophies of the individuals working there. What Akamon aims for — "serious human development" and "a place for meaningful encounters" — was once again brought to life here.
