テーマは「圧倒的な当事者意識について」
国立大学卒業後、某大手エンタメ企業の人事として人材の間に立ち、週末は社会人クラブチームで世界を見据える。
26歳の彼が選んだのは、「どちらも本気」という生き方でした。
参加した7名の学生からは、
「組織で当事者意識を持つとは？」
「仕事と競技、どう両立するのか？」
「某エンタメ企業でのキャリアの在り方とは？」
車座形式で行われたトークセッションは、終了予定時刻の19時を過ぎても質問が止まらず、場の熱量は高いままでした。
エンタメ業界志望の学生、運動部に所属する学生。
それぞれの視点から飛び出す質問に、登壇者様は現場のリアルを語ってくださいました。
登壇者と学生、そして運営。その距離を極限まで近づけること。
既存の枠組みでは語れない「個の力」を引き出すこと。
AKAMONが大切にする、本質的な対話がまた一つ生まれました。

We held a talk event for students, welcoming a guest (26) who walks a dual-career path of major entertainment company × adult sports.

The theme was "Overwhelming Ownership Mentality"
After graduating from a national university, working in HR at a major entertainment company standing between people, and on weekends aiming for the world with an adult team.
The path chosen by this 26-year-old was a lifestyle of "being serious about both."
From the 7 participating students came questions such as:
"What does it mean to have ownership mentality in an organization?"
"How do you balance work and athletics?"
"What is the nature of a career at a major entertainment company?"
The talk session held in a circle format saw questions that didn't stop even after the scheduled end time of 7 PM, and the energy of the venue remained high throughout.
Students aspiring to the entertainment industry, students belonging to athletic clubs.
The guest speaker shared the reality of the field in response to questions that flew from each perspective.
The speaker, the students, and the staff. Bringing that distance as close as possible.
Drawing out "individual power" that cannot be expressed within existing frameworks.
Another essential dialogue that AKAMON values was born.
