AKAMONトークセッション・3回目

今回のゲストは、某商事で活躍する女性の先輩でした🎤

テーマは「世界の資本を動かす仕事とは」

企業に所属し、何を求めて働くのか。
世界を舞台にする仕事の裏側にある、個人の想いとは。

今回は東大・慶應・早稲田から参加してくださいました。
円座で語られた内容は
「世界の資本」という大きな話の根底にある、
一人の人間としての生々しい「判断基準」でした。

以下は、学生のアンケート結果です。

「自分が立ち止まりそうになった時に、前に進むためのツールを得た」
「自分の興味に従い、新たな世界を切り開く、という重要性を理解した」

イベント終了後も、
学生と登壇者の交流が自然と続き、新しいつながりが生まれる瞬間を目撃✨

大人数の「熱量」も、
少人数の「深さ」も。
どちらも大切にしながら、
既存の枠組みでは語れない「個の力」のリミッターを外すして、世界に深い影響を及ぼせる日本人を育めたらと願ってます。

ちなみに、学生の皆さんの参加費は無料です。

AKAMON Talk Session - 3rd Session

This time, our guest was a female senior professional working at a certain trading company🎤

The theme was "What is the work that moves the world's capital?"

What do we seek by working for a company?
What are the personal thoughts behind the scenes of work on the world stage?

This time, students from University of Tokyo, Keio, and Waseda participated.

What was discussed in the circle format
was not just the big topic of "the world's capital,"
but the raw "criteria for judgment" of individuals at its foundation.

Below are the survey results from the students:
"I gained tools to move forward when I find myself about to stop"
"I understood the importance of following my interests and opening up new worlds"

Even after the event ended,
interactions between students and the speaker naturally continued, and we witnessed moments where new connections were born✨

Both the "energy" of large groups
and the "depth" of small groups.

While cherishing both,
we hope to nurture Japanese people who can have a deep impact on the world by removing the limiters on "individual power" that cannot be expressed within existing frameworks.
