2026年1月12日、赤門オフィスにて第2回トークイベントを開催しました。

今回は6名の東大生を含む学生たちをご招待し、開催しました。

某広告企業で活躍している先輩登壇者のテーマは、
「自分のしたい事をするために」

企業に所属しながらも、何を求め働き、今後自分はなにをしていくべきなのか。
少人数ならではの距離感の近い対話は、相互の会話量を増やし、自発的な発言も多くありました。そこでは、自分と社会の関わりやその間をどのように考え、前に進んでいくか、生々しいお話が飛び出してまいりました。

お忙しい中、合間を縫って御参加くださって、本当にありがとうございました。

イベント終了後、学生や登壇者様同士の交流も見られ、非常に有意義な時間となりました。

登壇者と学生そして運営。その距離を極限まで近づけること。既存の枠組みでは語れない「個の力」を引き出すこと。AKAMONのこうしたセッションではそれをなすべく、開始されています。

次回のイベントも乞うご期待ください。

On January 12, 2025, we held the 2nd talk event at the AKAMON Office.

This time, we invited students including 6 students from the University of Tokyo.

The theme of the senior speaker who is active at a certain advertising company was,
"To do what you want to do"

What do we seek and work for while belonging to a company, and what should we do in the future?

The close-distance dialogue unique to small groups increased the amount of mutual conversation, and there were many spontaneous remarks. There, raw stories emerged about how to think about the relationship between oneself and society, and what lies between them, and how to move forward.

After the event ended, we saw interactions between students and the speaker, making it a very meaningful time.

The speaker, students, and organizers. Bringing that distance as close as possible. Drawing out "individual power" that cannot be expressed within existing frameworks. These AKAMON sessions have been started to accomplish this.
